Avoid Withdrawals and Bring Your iPhone Charger With You

By Michelle Knuth

The iPhone is awesome, but dangerous. While I can do almost anything I want with my phone, I noticed that I'm always on my phone. Everyone else is doing it too. Next time you go out, look around you and I bet you'll see half of those people on their phones. But if you carry a phone with you, you must bring an iPhone charger with you. It dies faster than think when your too busy updating your status every five minutes.

That is the one flaw with smartphones, they don't last more than one day. If you plan on using your phone a lot, then you better bring your charger with you. Once my phone dies, I feel lost. Is that sad?

I had gotten myself a job! The only problem was that the office was twenty minutes from my house. This means I can't just run home if I forgot something. I soon realized commuting to work may not have been the best choice. This wasn't even a long commute and I didn't like it. I really didn't like it when my phone died!

I was running around the office asking everyone if they had an iPhone charger. Not one person had one. Were they crazy?! The one day I forgot my charger at home, no one had one I could borrow. I could see the writing on the walls already. It was one of the longest days of work. I had a computer, but it wasn't enough. What if someone had to contact me? What if I wanted to take a picture?

That is when I realized I am utterly addicted to my phone. Don't frown upon me; at least I can admit it. Almost everyone seems to be addicted to their phones. How can I tell? That is simple; people are always on their phones and a charger has become a necessity to carry around. Now I have two chargers, one for home and one for wherever else has an outlet.
