Adore This - Green Digital Camera Review

By Ava Perez

Rinsed off the saltwater and took it to the mountains for the long shots. It is small enough for a pocket and great for hiking and backpacking - no worries on dropping. It was the perfect camera for her, not only did she make some great shots of scenery, but awesome close-ups. It is easy to use and clear with great options.

The camera leaked.

The only way to add the date is during printing utilizing a PictBridge compatible printer. "0" stars if I could. It is simple to use (logical menus really help), takes great pictures, and best of all it is armored. There aren't any parts that stick out to get sand in, and when not in use it protects the lens with a cover.

Last, I wasn't able to find a details view of any picture or movie file to see the kb size. I expected a 300.00 camera to not have the lens protector issue. Panorama was difficult to make work right. It is only a mediocre camera.

It comes with a USB cable and A/C adapter, as well as a rechargeable battery. I love this waterproof camera, I have bought one for my immediate family and one as a gift to my best friend and everyone loves it! This is a wonderful point and shoot. Startup time when you power the camera on isn't the fastest but it is quick. The software takes time too long to initiate. So it's almost impossible to take a shot of an important moment we face suddenly. There are some settings (including panorama) where you cannot change certain settings, such as focus type and image size (this is a BIG problem! 3M for a panorama will NOT look good blown up!). Water got in the camera and damaged it. I would suggest buying a different brand if you want to use it for underwater pictures.

We haven't gone yet, but have used it around the house. It is good so far.

I love this camera, and its predecessor the Olympus 770 SW (which worked fine, but I lost it). However, after less than 3 weeks of use, it will turn on but then nothing else happens, and the power button has to be pressed twice to turn it off, because the first time the lens cover closes then opens again. Excellent pictures video and good quality, the color are very strong, you can have some fun when you try to get pictures over the water! It is beautiful, and it takes amazing pictures!
