I'm pleased with the sound for the most part and the pads are comfy in these kids headphones.
You are able to hear a lot more, the sound is dynamic, and the combination put me right into a really deeply relaxed state. This, off course, derives from the proven fact that the bigger the headphones, the greater power it requires to ensure they are work, so when not using top-notch materials, you receive a lower volume limit. Big, but not heavy. I purchased them based on some of the more technical reviews which were posted. I've worked in professional studio in past and I understand what an excellent quality headphone sounds like, obviously it might be dumb of me to compare it with such a headphone, Before I purchased these headphones I had been using headphones by "Cyber Acoustics" which probably cost fifteen dollars approximately, and honestly they have a better sound, a bit more comfortable too. In June 2010, one of the phones didn't function any longer. Very comfortable, only the cord is like 4 feet long which is slightly annoying if your using an ipod. So after a little considerable searching at Amazon and reading the reviews I selected these!
These headphones are actually only great for house utilization. I'm happy with them. That's a very accurate description. I figured I had a cheap audio card in my PC, but a I'm hearing a good 200 - 18,000 kHz range in my 57 year old ears. That's ok cause I did not buy it for that purpose anyhow.
The ear padding is large enough to surround my ear and it is comfortable. The quality of sound exceeded my expectations for something that costs $20, but I've heard much better though. At first I was shooting for Sony MDR-V6, but reading the reviews made me go with these. The ear pads have a "cracking" sound when they're moved.
Following two straight years of tinny cheapo wireless headphones for computer, the bass on these is really a godsend.
Sound great and make a good gift. I don't know why I was expecting more from a $20 set of headphones, however I did.
But hearing songs laying down is completely comfortable. The cord is at least 8 feet tall, maybe 12 feet.
I wear these headphones for 9-10 hours daily at the office and they are great. You might want to try different. I'm able to forgive their inexpensive build and sales gimmick.
They fit nicely over my glasses and the sound on these wireless mp3 head phones is excellent. I go to college on the internet and have two children. Voices sound too squeeky clear. The cord is hefty and thick.

About the Author:
Hope that helps, but even top quality mp3 files sound pitched with squeekiness on these wireless mp3 head phones. The quality of sound on these wireless mp3 head phones is not amazing or anything but it does the job.
